It did dry out a little quicker than we had planned but luckily it was very close to Christmas, so it was no problem. They are considerate people who always make sure we are happy with our trees.The only issue we had was the first tree we purchased from them.

We haven't had any issues with the trees sliding around on the car and they have never caused any damage to our cars.The customer service has always been very professional as well. had very few issues with the trees themselves and the customer service here is top notch.The gentlemen who help take the tree to our car and tie it down are always very kind and professional. This is the third year in a row that we have purchased our Christmas tree at this nursery. What a fiasco, and they were the ones that sold me the dormant (actually dead) plants. After arguing with the checkout people, which I feel super bad about, they finally let me go. But they don’t have the plant in inventory, thus the different plant. Searching all over the property, finally find them and then the checkout people tell me I can’t buy those because they aren’t the same plant. Then zero help to find any of the replacement plants. How hard is it to replace three small plants that never grew after being planted in the first place. Their tone sounded like I was trying to pull one over on them. Want me to show them the email chain, want to see the pictures of the dead plants, which I had already sent. I mention I’ll be in today and when I get to the office, which wasn’t easy to find the right person, they act like they’ve never heard of me. And since they didn’t have the same plant in stock, they gave suggestions on alternative plants to replace them.

They said to dig them up and bring them in for credit.

Three weeks later and still not doing anything. I called about replacing them under warranty, and they suggested to give them some more time. Three of the plants didn’t do well despite all others thriving. I’m a design client and we installed about 40 plants. Just had a terrible experience at Glover.
